Every physical order is sent with tracking. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

A few products can only be delivered within the UK; this is shown on the product page. Orders outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country, paid by the customer. Returns – the key points
- Contact us first. All returns must be agreed by email at info.bashbloomuk@gmail.com with your order number, the item and the reason. We'll send a return reference and address. Parcels sent without one may not be accepted.
- Change of mind: cancel within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. You pay return postage, which can be significant as items go back to our suppliers.
- Used items: anything that has been used, inflated, hung up, displayed, washed or worn will have its refund reduced by the loss in value – up to the full price. This includes party and festive items used for an event.
- Not returnable for change of mind: personalised or made-to-order items, downloaded printables, and unsealed hygiene items.
- Faulty or damaged: tell us within 48 hours of delivery where possible (and within 30 days), with photos or a video of the item and packaging. Confirmed faults are replaced, repaired or refunded and we cover return postage.
- Missing parcels: if tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 7 days.
