Bash Bloom delivers across the UK and to 40+ countries worldwide. Our products are sent directly from our trusted suppliers and print partners, so items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. Printed-to-order items are made for you first, which usually takes 2–5 working days.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes (outside the UK)

Orders delivered outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or delivery charges and are paid by the customer. For EU orders up to €150, VAT may be collected at checkout where applicable.

Address and delivery problems

Please check your address carefully. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll try to update it before dispatch.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we'll investigate. Lost parcels are replaced or refunded.
