Frequently asked questions

Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK and to 40+ countries including the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the EU, UAE, Japan and Singapore. A few products are UK-only; this is shown on the product page.

How much is delivery?
UK: £4.99, free on orders over £50.
EU: £5.99, free on orders over £60.
USA: £6.99, free on orders over £60.
Rest of world (Canada, Australia and more): £23.99. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long will it take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days and usually arrive in 6–10 working days in the UK, or 8–20 working days internationally. Printed-to-order items (mugs, totes, t-shirts) usually arrive within about a week in the UK. Please order early for Christmas.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. Every order is tracked and we'll email tracking details when it ships.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
Orders outside the UK may be charged local import taxes or duties by your country's customs. These aren't included in our prices.

Printables (digital downloads)

How do I get my printable?
As soon as your payment goes through, you'll get a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. Nothing is posted to you.

How do I edit it?
Open the PDF in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (desktop or app). Click on the editable text areas, type your details, save and print. Some web browsers' built-in PDF viewers don't save edits properly, so we recommend Acrobat Reader.

What paper size is it?
All printables are A4. To print on US Letter, choose “Fit to page” in your print settings.

Can I print more than one copy?
Yes, for your own personal use. Please don't share, resell or distribute the file.

Can I get a refund on a printable?
Because printables are digital and download instantly, we can't offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. If something is wrong with the file, please contact us and we'll put it right.
